The agreement being entered into here is between

Tarheelgallery.com is responsible for getting the customer's art up on the site (Tarheelgallery.com) within a 30 day period, after the customer has supplied Tarheelgallery webmaster with the digital images that match the following requirements and has paid membership in full.

The heighth cannot exceed 600 pixels. The width cannot exceed 750 pixels. The image should be saved at 72dpi.

Images should be labeled with the artist initials followed by _ then the title of the image in a jpg format.

All words in the title of the images should be separated by _.

Each image requires a smaller companion image one and one half inches high and label as per above but with the addition of _b and the end of the title.

Image manipulation can be performed by Tarheelgallery.com .

Digital art should be emailed to :

The artist is responsible for supplying digital ready art, art medium and dimensions of the work to Tarheelgallery.com for up to 21 images. A valid email address for contacting the artist must also be supplied to Cindie.Carver@TarheelGallery.com .

The artist is also responsible for supplying a statement about their art, a bio or resume, a photo of themselves if this is desired for the site.

Image replacement or image changes will be done in a timely fashion by the webmaster not to exceed thirty days providing the images have been submitted in the proper format as described above.

The selling and shipping of artwork is soley between the artist and the art purchaser.

Tarheelgallery.com is required to keep at least one Unix-based server active for duration of the agreement. Failure to do so shall result in pro rated fee return to customer for the time period that service was not rendered.

Contracts are valid for one year. After that time the artist will be contacted with an option to renew the contract so long as operation of the internet gallery continues. Prices are subject to change over time as the cost of operation requires per the discretion of tarheelgallery.com.
