are completely the responsibility of each artist. The artist is responsible for supplying digital ready art, art medium and dimensions of the work, and correct pricing to Tarheelgallery.com for up to 20 images. A valid email address for contacting the artist must also be supplied to Tarheelgallery webmaster and Stephen Moore at smoore27@nc.rr.com. Image replacement or image changes will be done in a timely fashion by the webmaster not to exceed thirty days providing the images have been submitted in the proper format as described above. Insurance of artwork during the shipping phase is the responsibility of the artist. Any additional concerns regarding shipping and insurance shall be the responsibility of the artist and buyer. Tarheelgallery.com is required to keep at least one Unix-based server active for duration of the agreement.
